Do you use recycled metals?
Absolutely. Sustainability isn't a trend for us; it's a commitment. We primarily work in recycled 18K yellow gold. It not only aligns with our eco-conscious values but also ensure the highest quality in our casting process.
Why does it have lumps?
Because at TSOI we celebrate the handmade process! These imperfections are badges of honor. We proudly reject the industry standard of robot made and printed by someone who has never laid hands on a tool or torch before.
Your piece is unique and one of a kind which is more than they can say at some of those big houses...
Can I customize a piece?
Depends! If the timing and project are right we LOVE creating special pieces that make your dreams come true. While we can't use your old gold (quality control and all), we're open to discussing design tweaks, stone preferences, and more.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Treat it with the same respect you'd give any cherished item. While our pieces are designed for daily wear, they're not invincible. Avoid harsh chemicals, store them safely, and give them a gentle clean with warm water, *mild* soap and a baby toothbrush when it’s looking like it could use a scrub.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns on in-stock items within 10 days of delivery, provided they're unworn and in original condition. Custom or made-to-order pieces? Those are final sale. For more details, check our returns & repairs section ↘︎

Shipping
How long does it take?
Your future heirloom is worth the wait: All shipments over $1,000 require a signature on delivery and are fully insured. International orders are subject to taxes and duties—we don’t cover those.
'Ready to Ship' Pieces
If it’s in stock, we’ll pack it up and send it off within one week. You’ll get an e-mail with tracking as soon as it’s on the move.
Custom & 'Made To Order' Pieces
The magic takes time. Please allow 6–8 weeks for your jewelry to ship on made to order and custom pieces. If you’re working with a hard deadline, let us know before ordering—we’ll do our best to make it happen, but we won’t compromise quality.
All shipments require a signature on delivery and are fully insured. International orders are subject to taxes and duties—we don’t cover those.
Do you deliver internationally?
We ship internationally via DHL Express. Taxes, duties, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Once your package leaves our hands, it's in theirs—we can’t control customs delays, holds, or
extended processing times abroad.
Returns & Exchanges & Repairs
Returns & Exchanges Policy
- We’ll take back in-stock pieces within 10 days of delivery for exchange, credit, or refund—as long as they come back in original condition and original packaging.
- You're responsible for shipping both ways.
- No returns on worn, altered, or damaged pieces.
How to go about a return
To start a return, email hello@thespiritofindulgence.com and request a return authorization number. Do not send anything back without this, we don’t accept unannounced returns.
Returns must ship with:
- Signature required
- Full insurance coverage
- RA# clearly written on the box
Once it’s in transit, email us the tracking number so we can keep an eye on it
Extended holiday returns
Orders placed between Dec 1–31 (for in-stock items only) are eligible for return or exchange through Jan 15. Everything else follows the usual rules.
Custom and One of a Kind Orders
Custom, special, and made-to-order pieces are final sale. No take-backs. We’re happy to talk through details before your order is made—ask us everything you’re wondering. Once it's in motion, it's yours.
The repairs process
We’ll fix up your piece when possible—refinishing, repairing, or deep-cleaning it so it stays sharp. Every repair is handled on a case-by-case basis by our team and may incur a fee.
Turnaround is typically 2–4 weeks, though more complex work may take 8** weeks or more**.

Repairs must ship:
- With signature required
- Fully insured
- With the return address clearly written on the box
