THE TIMELINE
Order confirmation hits your inbox immediately. Within 3–4 business days, we’ll follow up with an update or a tracking number. Core medallions and chains we usually have on hand. Everything else is made for you, which takes time — and we won’t apologize for that.
• In-stock pieces: Ships fast
• Rings: 4–6 weeks — sizing isn’t instant
• Custom work: 6–8 weeks — good things take time
If you’re working against a deadline, tell us upfront. We’ll see what we can do.
You’ve got 24 hours from your shipping window notice to cancel. After that, we’re in production and the return policy kicks in. No exceptions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Worldwide. DHL. Always complimentary. Every package is insured. Every delivery requires a signature. Duties and taxes are on you — collected at checkout or at the door depending on where you are. We don’t set those rates and we can’t cover them. That part’s between you and your country.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
• Free FedEx 2-Day (insured) on orders $1,000+
• $20 flat rate on orders under $1,000
• FedEx Overnight (insured) for $30 when you need it yesterday
Full payment before it ships. Tracking number when it does. U.S. territories are classified as international by FedEx — Puerto Rico, Guam, all of it.
